Quick Overview

This Turkish chemise has an interesting cut to it. While it has the basic T-tunic shape to it, the way it’s constructed gives it plenty of underarm room while sitting comfortably on your shoulders. Unlike the European style of chemise, the Gomlek has a rather high keyhole neck and wide sleeves sans elastic or ties.

Product Description

This Turkish chemise has an interesting cut to it. While it has the basic T-tunic shape to it, the way it’s constructed gives it plenty of underarm room while sitting comfortably on your shoulders. Unlike the European style of chemise, the Gomlek has a rather high keyhole neck and wide sleeves sans elastic or ties. The keyhole neck comes with a facing and is made from 100% cotton broadcloth or muslin. Usually they were ankle length, but occasionally they came down to just the knees, so we’re offering you the same options.

News & update

News January 21st 2012
Lots of new jewelry now available. Please check out our Victorian and Western section. So far it is mostly western, but you should see some Victorian in there soon as well. Also some new Renaissance and Medieval items such as our gorgeous new Cotehardie and a swanky medieval Great Coat in the Cloaks section. Take a look around. We look forward to serving you!
